How much does the delivery cost?

Delivery costs start from $50.00 upwards depending on the location where the plants are to be delivered and the quantity being delivered. Please enquire now for a freight quotation. Alternatively the preferred delivery options can be nominated within the shopping cart prior to finalising your order.

Do you sell plants directly to the retail market and residential customers?

Yes, we sell directly to retail customers. Please order and pay through the 'SHOP PRODUCTS' page or email your enquiry via the 'CONTACT US' page.

When will my plants order be delivered?

Accepted Answer

We will contact you once an order has been placed to co-ordinate delivery. Usually the plants will be delivered in the following 5 to 10 working days.

How do I apply for the Trade Wholesale pricing?

Trade pricing and bulk order pricing is available on application.

How do I pay for the plants and delivery if I place an order online?

Accepted Answer

Once you have choosen the plants you would like to buy and have placed them in the shopping cart and nominated the delivery option, please follow the payment instruction. Payment is processed using 'Paypal'. Once the order and payment has been processed, we will confirm your order and contact you to advise the delivery details.

Can I visit the Nursery in person?

Unfortunately, we are unable to receive you at the nursery.

What size plants do you sell?

We grow our plants to the following advanced pot/bag sizes:
300 mm pot
25 litre bag
400 mm pot
45 litre woven bag
 
Plants are grown to stake height approximately 1200 mm. The approximate height indicates how tall the plant is out of the pot.
